The Atlanta Humane Society contracted with Bacon Group, Inc. to convert a Auto Nation Car Sales commercial building into an adoption facility that served the north side Atlanta. The project consisted of re-programming existing administration and office space to a small medical clinic and service spaces. Then all areas that previously displayed cars were renovated to create adoption housing for dogs and cats. Within the central area, glass cubes with climbing structures were created as interactive environments for cats and potential adoption customers.
